Sirazum Munira Meem is currently working as a Project Manager at ZeuZ. She began her professional journey at Brain Station 23 as a Business Analyst within the Fintech SBU, even before completing her graduation from American International University-Bangladesh. Over more than two years, she built a strong foundation in requirement analysis, stakeholder communication, and structured software delivery environments.

During this period, she earned her Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification in 2023, further strengthening her understanding of agile product ownership and value-driven delivery.

She later joined upay as a Project Manager, where she worked closely with both technology and business teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across functions. Following a major organizational transition, the technology division was migrated to UCB Tech for the launch of the UCB ONE app. She continued serving as a Project Manager, collaborating with the core banking team and contributing to delivery in a high-impact fintech environment.

Her professional experience spans business analysis, project management, and agile delivery, with a focus on driving collaboration, managing dependencies, and ensuring quality outcomes in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

While exploring remote opportunities, she came across the Technical Project Manager role at ZeuZ on LinkedIn and decided to apply.

What followed was a structured and insightful five-phase recruitment journey, with each step presenting unique challenges and valuable learning experiences.

Phase 1: Initial HR Screening

The process began with a Zoom call where she was introduced to the company, its work culture, and role expectations. The discussion also covered her professional experience, strengths, and areas of expertise.

Phase 2: Country Director Round

This round involved a more in-depth conversation focused on her professional background, collaboration style, and approach to working with teams. It gave her the opportunity to present her real-world experience and problem-solving mindset.

Phase 3: VP Round (Technical Focus)

One of the most engaging rounds of the process focused heavily on her technical understanding. The discussion covered topics such as Project Management, Team Handling, SDLC, and STLC, requiring her to clearly articulate both her practical experience and technical knowledge.

Phase 4: Client Interview

Before the client interview, she had a short preparation session with the Country Director, which she found extremely helpful. The client discussion itself was smooth and friendly, centering primarily on her practical experience managing teams and projects.

Phase 5: Final HR Discussion

After successfully completing all interview stages, she had a final discussion regarding compensation and benefits. She received her offer letter within just two days of the final round.

Key Takeaways from the Recruitment Process

  • Strong preparation and clarity in fundamentals such as SDLC and team management are extremely important.
  • Communication skills play a major role, as every interview round was conducted in English.
  • Staying confident and authentic throughout the process can make a significant difference.
