Hello! I'm Tahanima Chowdhury

I have a BSc in Computer Science from BRAC University, where I worked as a Teaching Assistant and actively participated in competitive programming.

I have experience as a Challenge Creator at HackerRank, where I designed programming problems for global contests such as Women’s CodeSprint 3, 4, and 5, as well as RookieRank 4.

I started my professional journey as a Junior Software Engineer at Sourcetop, where I worked with Drupal and contributed to building the company’s business website. I later transitioned into a Software QA Engineer role at Therap (BD) Ltd., where I contributed to the successful delivery of several core features, including a major redesign of the Authentication module. My expertise lies in web application and API testing, and I’ve also developed test automation frameworks across multiple projects.

Alongside my professional work, I am an active open-source contributor, with contributions to projects including Datafaker, Playwright, Selenium, Mattermost, and Checkstyle.

Outside of tech, I enjoy watching anime, reading manga, and crocheting amigurumi plushies.
