Humaira Azad is currently working as an HR Executive at Therap (BD) Ltd. She has completed her graduation in BBA (Major - Human Resource Management) from BRAC University.

Humaira applied to the company through employee referral. She then went through the following recruitment phases before accepting the job offer:

Phase 1

In this phase, the interviewers asked Humaira -

To tell something about herself.
What does she know about Therap?
Why does she choose Therap to start her professional career?
What are her strengths and weaknesses?
What is her career goal?
What are her reasons behind not pursuing a Master’s degree from abroad?
Basic theoretical questions related to HR and Microsoft Excel.

Phase 2

In this phase, the interviewers asked Humaira -

What are the qualities an HR professional should have?
How will she fit herself into the HR team?
Questions related to her childhood, undergraduate life, and hobbies.

Humaira felt that the interviewers tried to assess her self-esteem and dedication toward the company.
