Sadia Sultana Bristy currently serves as an Associate QA Engineer at All Generation Tech (AGT). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from East West University. Before joining AGT, Sadia worked at Nogor Solutions Limited as a Software QA Engineer. With over a year of experience in the QA field, Sadia specializes in ensuring software quality and delivering reliable, robust solutions.
Sadia discovered the job vacancy at AGT through LinkedIn and applied via the link in the job description. The recruitment process involved the following phases:
Phase 1:
Sadia was first contacted by HR, who inquired about her educational background and work experience. This initial conversation included an English proficiency assessment. After this, HR scheduled her for the technical interview.
Phase 2:
The second phase was a technical interview conducted by two interviewers. During this round, Sadia was asked about her professional experience, current responsibilities, and the testing processes she follows. The interview also covered core QA concepts, software testing terminology, scenario-based testing, and tools like Postman, with an emphasis on API testing.
Phase 3:
The final phase involved an interview with the CEO of AGT and one of their clients. They discussed Sadia’s background, previous roles, achievements, and skill set. This conversation was in-depth, focusing on her expertise while also evaluating her communication skills.
