Phase 1
In this phase, the interviewers asked Humaira -

- Why does she choose Therap to start her professional career?
- What are her strengths and weaknesses?
- What is her career goal?
- What are her reasons behind not pursuing a Master’s degree from abroad?
- Basic theoretical questions related to HR and Microsoft Excel.
Phase 2
In this phase, the interviewers asked Humaira -
- What are the qualities an HR professional should have?
- How will she fit herself into the HR team?
- Questions related to her childhood, undergraduate life, and hobbies.
Humaira felt that the interviewers tried to assess her self-esteem and dedication toward the company.
