Anika Nawar is currently working as a Product Acceptance Analyst at SELISE Digital Platforms. She has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Daffodil International University and her Master’s degree in Computer Science from Jahangirnagar University.

Anika got to know about the vacancy at SELISE from a Facebook group. Then, she applied for the role through the company’s website. Afterward, she went through the following recruitment phases before accepting the job offer:

Phase 1

Anika received a call from HR informing her about the first step of the hiring process and an email with questions that she had to submit in two days. The questions included analytical, test case preparation, bug reporting, and test automation questions.

Phase 2

This was a technical assessment conducted by three interviewers. They asked Anika about her background, her responsibilities at her current employment, and the testing procedures she employed there. Afterward, they asked her questions on the fundamentals of quality assurance, terms related to software testing, scenario-based testing, and the automation tools she had utilized for the online evaluation. They also asked questions on Postman, JMeter, and API testing.

Phase 3

This assessment was conducted by the Senior Development Manager(QA) at SELISE. The interviewer began by asking questions about Anika’s background, her former job experiences, and her accomplishments and then moved on to briefing about the company, work environment and so on.

Special thanks to Anika Nawar for taking out the time to share her recruitment experience with me. If you have any queries, feel free to contact her at anikanawar30@gmail.com
